Annette's carrot-surprise-cake:
approx. 8-10 persons
150 g of DAIM chocolate
250 g of macaroons
3 cups whipping cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 1/2 cup sour cream (18%)
700 g grated carrots
Chop the Daim and crush the macaroons. Mix it together and put it in the bottom of a dish. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Turn the sour cream into the whipped cream and put it over macaroon/Daim bottom. Peel and grate the carrots and place it on top of dessert.
Place the cake in the fridge for approx. 2 hours before serving.
