Atanganas yummy yummy cake!

Great great cake for the first week in July!
(and why not serve it on our gorgeous "Pino" service?! Avalible in three colours)

Ingredients:
300 gr brown sugar
2 dl. oil
275 gr flour
1.5. tsp. baking Powder
0.5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Natron
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
375 gr grated carrots

Frosting:
Icing sugar
Grated rubbish of 1 lemon
Cream + a little water


Beat brown sugar and oil well together. 
Mix the remaining ingredients and finally add the grated carrots.

Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for approx 45 minutes

Put icing on the cake when cooled.
